Intuitive Communication & Reiki
First Steps to Balance Session

This session combines intuitive animal communication with Reiki to create a grounded, supportive space for insight, healing, and regulation. Through this work, we listen to what your animal is expressing beneath the surface — emotionally, energetically, and relationally.
Animals are deeply attuned to the nervous systems and emotional fields around them. As a result, sessions may naturally offer insight into patterns, transitions, or areas of healing within you as well. At times, intuitive impressions connected to loved ones or deeper soul-level themes may arise — not as a goal of the session, but as part of what wishes to be acknowledged and integrated.
Each session unfolds uniquely, guided by what is most supportive in the moment. Many clients experience this work as a first steps to balance experience — offering clarity, regulation, and a clear sense of what support, if any, may be needed next.
This session is ideal if you are:
Seeking clarity around your animal’s behavior, emotions, or well-being
Feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of the next step
Noticing emotional or energetic patterns between you and your animal
Wanting a grounded, ethical approach to intuitive work
This is a single-session offering. After this session, clients typically feel complete for a period of integration or feel called into deeper, ongoing support.

Supportive tools may be incorporated into sessions when intuitively and practically appropriate.
Add-ons are not offered as standalone services and are available only in conjunction with an existing session or bundle.

Cold laser may be used as a gentle, non-invasive support tool to encourage comfort and relaxation when appropriate.
This tool is used intuitively and by working on acupressure points. Availability is determined by the practitioner based on the animal’s needs.

Light pad therapy may be incorporated to support relaxation and energetic balance during select sessions.
This tool is used intuitively and is available as a standalone offering when appropriate.
Human Support Services

Human sessions are offered as supportive care for individuals seeking nervous system regulation, energetic balance, or deeper connection alongside their animals.

Human Reiki sessions offer gentle energetic support to encourage relaxation, regulation, and balance.
Sessions may be especially supportive during periods of stress, transition, or emotional overwhelm.

This session is designed for individuals seeking a deeper, more intuitive relationship with horses. Through guided awareness, energetic presence, and intuitive support, this work helps foster clarity, trust, and connection within the horse–human bond.
